I have designed an Body Conditioning Programme which aids dancers
in improving the strength of all the key muscle groups a dancer would
use when competing. This programme is thought over 8 week with
a different muscle group being worked on each week.
The term training is available for schools within 30 miles of IDCSC
Week1: Warming up, full body stretching & stamina training
Week2: Flexibility & core strength training
Week3: Posture alignment & stamina training
Week4: Advanced dynamic stretching & core strength training
Week5: Xtreme Cardio training (IDCSC custom designed aerobic plan)
Week6: Full body conditioning & core strength training
Week7: Posture alignment & Stamina training
Week8: Overall Recap & dancers will receive a training plan to help maintain top fitness levels
At the beginning of every class a 15 - 20 minute Aerobic warm up is done to warm up the dancers followed by a 10 minute full stretch with will teach the dancers how to properly stretch & feel the benefits of the training.
